I sold my Brick a few years ago and miss it terribly. I will be attending the public showing on the Saturday. Will there be any Bricklins for sale?

Best regards,

There are not normally any bricklins brought to the meets to sale. I recall seeing one brought to the Leominster Meet to sale but that was the only one. Autosport dealership usually has a display with photos of several cars for sale but I dont think he is attending this year. Of course, I suspect a few of the cars in attendance would be for sale for the right price.

Well my advice is to ask the owner if he wants to sell or knows a car for sale. You never know!! Kerry is right not many cars for sale but there are lots of people who have multiple cars or know where cars are for sale!

Hey Thane, I can give you a couple of leads at the meet, it depends on what you are looking for my friend.

Good to see you back Thane; I have read a lot of your "archived" posts from the past and it will be neat to put a face to the name... I will be there this year with 2724 and she is for sale.

Poker Run - Thursday July 11

9:00 AM wheels turning

The route will take in:
- the Elsie Perrin Williams House (renowned architect)
- the Eldon House (Londons oldest house)
- the Banting house (Sir Fredrick Banting co-discovered Insulin)
- Secrets of Radar museum

Rally will end at Storybook Gardens in Springbank Park, where a train ride or carousel ride will get you your last card.

For those not wanting to do the Rally, Springbank Park is at: 1085 Commissioners Road

This is not a race, but mileage will be checked (in kilometers for extra fun!).

We will caravan from Springbank Park through some residential areas of Hyde Park and end up at Me and Suzie's Restaurant (295 Bridge Street Port Stanley).

After a Leisurely lunch, some might wish to caravan to Port Burwell (20 minutes east) to visit the Ojibwa, a retired 1962 Oberon class Royal Canadian Navy submarine from the cold war
era.

At night.....

7:00 PM Pub Meet and Greet

8:00 PM Screening of "The Entrepreneur" by Jonathan Bricklin

Steve, sorry to say you have to scratch one Bricklin from the meet. On my way up yesterday (Sunday) my truck ,pulling an enclosed trailer with my car in it, blew a head gasket! I got the car and trailer home @ 2:00 this morning (Monday) and the truck home today (also Monday). 800+ miles in two days. I am beat and depressed, but my wife says we are still going so we will be there is a regular car. Don't trust the Brick for that long a distance......yet! See you Tuesday night. Now I need a drink, or twelve, a shower and bed. Good night all. eh.
