Your title should be Country, State (2 character or Province and nearest major city so they can be sorted and easy to locate. List the type of entry (Contact Information, Event, etc.). If it's an event, be sure to put the date - YYYY/MM/DD (reversed so it sorts correctly). i.e. USA - OH - Cleveland / Akron - Contact or CAN - NB - Moncton - Event - 2004/01/01 Put the details in the Message.
