Please forgive me for the confusion! In an effort to provide everyone with timely answers to registration and Meet questions, I posted some incorrect information. Everything has been corrected (please note, flat rate for registration is $40. $50 after June 1st. The banquet cost is $40, children 12 and under $20.
Even though it might appear I am not as organized as you might like, please rest assured appearances are deceiving!
We have a first class venue, wonderful tours organized, new Bricklinalia items and a wonderful Meet that will be enjoyed by all! |

The Windsor plant is 2 hours away so we will not be touring the plant. The Drag Racing cost has been reduced to $20 per car. |

Tuesday July 9 Early bird arrivals. No events planned other than pub night for those that are here!
Wednesday July 10 - Registration . 10 AM tour of Labatt Brewery, Lunch and tour of Fanshawe Pioneer Village. Pub night, meet and greet. Video presentation of Herb Grasse's 30th anniversary slide show and talk from Kitchener.
Thursday July 11 9 AM Poker Run including lunch, special guest and screening of Jonathan Bricklin's film The Entrepreneur.
Friday July 12 9:30 AM Tour of the Plunkett Estate Auto Salon, lunch at the Railway City Brewery and drag racing at 1:30 at the St. Thomas NHRA track. Friday evening Screening of SV1: The Bricklin Inquiry
Saturday July 13 Car show and judging, Banquet and Auction Saturday night
Sunday July 14 Getaway day
Please note that all rooms are $89 per night, single or double occupancy. There will be a charge of $19 per person per night that covers breakfast as well as 24 hour snacks and soft drinks including muffins, bagels, cheese, yoghurt, cookies, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, espresso and cappuccino. Free WiFi and gym.
The Saturday Night Banquet cost is $40 per person. Kids 12 and under $20. More detailed itinerary will be provided as we get closer to the event. |

Important information everyone! It is very important that when you book your rooms for London you MUST use the Promo code BRICKLIN otherwise your rooms will not be counted as part of our group and you will have to pay more. We have found 6 people so far who have book and are not being counted for our event. So let's make it easy for everyone (and cheaper too), make sure you use the code!
