I thought it was really sharp, too! I'm trying to get a larger version of the 'rendering'. I'm also after some pictures of the build from the show if possible. I'll post on the forum as more is known!

This rendering looks similar to one that was on ebay a little while ago. Totally rebuilt with a shell of a B on top of a hot rod. Think it's the same one?

Can't say - it's possible. Can you find the listing? VIN is supposed to be 1279.

Ah, I was thinking of 1932. I have a few pics saved but don't know how to attach to this message?

One of the many things on my list of 'to do's ... Picture uploads. <sigh> So much to do!

VIN 1932 has a picture on the BI Member Pictures page. I show that it has a Chevy 454 motor in it.

Makes me want to build another Bricklin! I think they modernize the car without changing the lines. Kinda like the new Mustang. I just talked to Herb Grasse. He and Malcolm Bricklin will be appearing on an episode of CCR. Stay tuned!

Here's an update on the project I recently received!

Subject: CCR Bricklin Show

Hi,

Sorry we haven't been keeping you up to speed. The project is going great so far.

As of this week, we have accomplished the following:

  • Engine rebuild - Eagle Stroker kit. Bored 30 over to a 408. w/ Victor Jr. Aluminum Heads. Holley 750... Should be a big improvement. Maybe near 475hp

  • California Specialty Transmission (Art Carr) C6

  • Currie 9 inch differential

  • 4 link suspension

  • Chassis notch

  • Air Ride front suspension installed

We have also moved forward nicely on the body. It's stripped, cleaned, and new fiberglass panels are mounted. We've closed the seams and started the body mods. Right now its in a gray sealer, waiting for chemicals from House Of Kolor paints.

We will be finished with the Air Ride suspension install next week. It has required some chassis modifications to get the car lower. We would like to get the ride close to the rendering.

I will have Megan Waters send some photo's for you to use.

Best regards,
Dan Woods

Based on the Logo the Syndicate group is now being featured on Street Tuner Challenge. The had the logo on each of their T-shirts. They were in the process of painting a mustang in this episode. I was looking for a Bricklin in the background, but did not see one. This is Dan's other show so that is probably why they were recruited for the Bricklin build.
