Just a couple of notes; If you can donate anything for the raffle that would be Great! Ususally they are inexpensive items. Higher priced auction items are always welcome. These are the main fundraisers at the meet and finance the clubs operations and Brickline. The dues simply cannot coveer the cost of such a high quality magazine so we rely on raffle and auction items. I am working with the hotel on our own parking so look for a roped out area just for Bricklins. We will have a washing area for the Bricklins as well! The Hospitality Suite on Wednesday night will be different than the Thursday location. We have 22 hotel rooms booked on Wednesday so it should be a good little get together!

I just spoke to Bob Hoffman and the Brickyard has an open house on Wednesday July 18th. Feel free to stop by and see the shop. It is on the way to Frankenmuth and you will not have to detour much to see this great asset to the Brickln community! Once again i want to thank everyone for coming and will see you at the show!

I just had a memeber call me about selling parts at the meet.YES if you have a part or parts to sell please bring them. You can sell them in front of your car at the show. Or you can do so in the parking lot. The club supports the sale of parts or anything else related to Bricklin. So if you want to make a couple of bucks and bring some parts please bring them and sell them!!!! I know John Martin is going to bring some parts to sell and Joe Delorenzo usually does the same. Bring as much as you want!!!!!! Members need parts and i like ooking at parts!!! In fact i am going to bring a couple of pieces myself as it adds flavor to the meet!!!

Yesterday I stopped by to view the Bricklins at the National East Show in Michigan and was VERY impressed by the cars and the people. I owned 2 Bricklins in the early 1980's, sold them and had not followed the marque, until only recently. I was very pleased to see how well Bricklins have held up and the solutions that some have devised in maintaining their vehicles. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to go over their vehicles with me, as I learned a lot, and am getting "hooked". Their may be a Bricklin in my future.
THANK YOU,
vincesf

WOW what a show!!! 31 Bricklins but 32 were at the show. 51 guests registered for the meet! Just got home and am really pumped up!!!
Another GREAT meet!! The officers and meet organizers did a wonderful job. Frankenmuth is a great town and the Bavarian Inn offers so much for the entire family. Thanks Steve, Jim, Dan and everyone else who helped to organize the event. A little rain on Thursday but the rest of the week was gorgeous. I saw some of the best cars at this meet in a long time. Owners are taking pride in their cars and making them better each year. Job well done guys!!
Good to make it up there and back. 1300 mile round trip this year was an experience in the Bricklin. Aluminum radiator kept the engine at 180 or less the whole time so that worked paid off. Going to redo the interior again since the heat in the cabin going up during the day. Glad to see no leaks in garage this morning.
Great to see old faces and meet new ones. A lot of people showed up without their cars this year and I am glad they came. I would recommend going to a meet if you have not purchased your car or if you car is not ready to drive. There is a lot of information to gain by talking with owners and seeing cars.
Kudos to the meet organizers for a nice event and getting exposure for our cars. We turned a lot of heads during the road rally and at the hotel. Lots of questions from visitors to the site. This is one thing that will help the values of our cars is getting them out there and generating interest.
Looking forward to the next meet.
