I hope everyone is getting ready for the meet! Herb and Terry Grasse are very excited and can't wait. They have put together photos that nobody has seen before. Lots of stuff that center around the factory. I might add that Malcolm is also excited and is our feature speaker on Saturday night. I think there are some surprises in store but I am not at liberty to discuss! WOW!

I just spoke to Malcolm's secretary. He confirmed that he will be at the meet. He will issue a press release on the event next week! Herb Grasse has a fantastic slide show planned on the development and manufacture of the SV1! Some great photos of the factory and photos he did not show in Canada. This presentation will be on Thursday night. Saturday, Malcolm will be at the show and he will also deliver the key note speach. Afterwards lots of surprises at the auction! Bring your pocketbook and support the club.

Man do you guys have me jealous. Should be an excellent meet.

Does anyone plan to take videos for youtube? Is there any chance Herb will share a few (all :) ) of his pics for those who couldn't make it?

Cheers,
Rich R

Jonathon Bricklin is going to be there and is going to film. I am going to ask him to make us a DVD like he did in Horseheads. He did an excellent job last time and it has become one of my favorites. Plus the club made a couple bucks on DVD sales!

Rooms are still available. Finally was able to arrange a flight. Just completed my reservation at the Bricklin rate. I believe our allotment was sold out, but if rooms are available they can override and do them at the Bricklin rate. So there is still time for you to attend. There is also a Super 8 that appears to be within walking distance of the hotel if this one sells out.
