Hey everyone! Jo-Ann and I had such a wonderful time in Frankenmuth. The event was very well organized and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I encourage everyone to please join the Bricklin Facebook group. Many of you on this site are members but it seems most are not. It's a great way to keep in touch with other Bricklin owners as well as exchange information and ideas. I was approached to help organize next year's meet and am in the process of getting quotes and information for consideration. I am looking at London Ontario as it has a lot to offer, is affordable and is very close to an NHRA drag strip in St. Thomas. I am also attempting to organize as many Bricklins as we can to go to St. John New Brunswick for the 40th anniversary in 2014. I understand that the club would not support a meet there and I understand why! However, I hope that the club would encourage and support those that wish to attend as well as sanction the event once details are arranged and finalized.
Although I am a short time member of this club I wish to be an active member and help in any way I can.

Frankenmuth was my wife and my first Bricklin meet also. It was great meeting everyone and the venue was amazing! Definitely the first time I've seen so many Bricklins in one location. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcome! Steve it was great meeting you and Jo-Ann and would be glad to help out with the Saint John idea.

2014 Father Days Weekend BI has committed to have a joint meet with the DeLorean Group. But if anyone wants to go to a 40th annerversityin NB that would be great. I think we all encourage participation. Steve; i would write an article in the Brickline and promote it. |

| The Atlantic nationals (huge hot rod show) is in Moncton in early July, this year it is 11-14 so it should be right around that time in 2014, we could do a bricknic at Mike M's, a criuse to the factory and maybe hit the Atlantic nationals as a group as well http://www.atlanticnationals.com/ |

| We are also looking at celebrating the 40th anniversary in St. John New Brunswick. I might go to Dayton as well but if I had to choose, it would be St. John. |

Hi Everyone
As some of you know I am on an extensive Bricklin research tour. Today I am in Saint John, I was in Fredericton for two days. You will all be impressed with the archive stuff I have from here including a pic of the silver scale model and prototype one. I just want you to know that ignoring NB next year would be a huge mistake. Also if anyone can contact a Bricklin owner in Saint John for some video footage get them to contact me at greentrash@me.com

To be clear, is NB next year (2013) or in 2014? On Father's Day.
That would be an interesting trip to make, but I dunno about taking the Brick. |
