That is exactly our issue here in Ottawa Canada Rick. I think you are on to something with the bulk transport idea.

I originally booked at 119 but called back after hearing about people paying 109 and they lowered it to 109 for me

Slightly confused... the show site for the above link does not even mention Bricklins at all. They state you need wristbands etc, and their $10 registration. Is this true of the Bricklins as well? The $40 registration in the post on page 2 would be just for show judging? Id like to properly register ahead of time.
Also, I made reservations and the woman had no interest in the $109 per night conversation... said it's $119, period.

On page 2 of this thread you will see the registration form for the BI memebers. Thats the one you should register with. Most are getting rates of $119 per night. There was mention of one member who got $109. Don't know whats going on with that but Im sure the hotel will get a firm price when we check in. Hopefully everyone will be charged the same rate.

Please book early!!! We need to plan so book now and if you need to cancel you can at no cost with 24 hours notice. The hotel will start pulling room from our Block so I am afraid people will wait until the last minute and there will be no rooms left

I am getting really excited! Just talked with Tom Monroe. First of all he is going to be bringing an original Ford GT 40 for the show. He has been gathering things for a presentation and has told me he has found things he didn't realize he had. Lots of rare photos, slides and proto=type things. He tells me that he will show us some great stuff on the development of our car!!!! This is one rare chance to see some real cool Brickln development stuff. Plan now to come!!!! Don't miss this rare opportunity.
