Hey everyone! Jo-Ann and I had such a wonderful time in Frankenmuth. The event was very well organized and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I encourage everyone to please join the Bricklin Facebook group. Many of you on this site are members but it seems most are not. It's a great way to keep in touch with other Bricklin owners as well as exchange information and ideas. I was approached to help organize next year's meet and am in the process of getting quotes and information for consideration. I am looking at London Ontario as it has a lot to offer, is affordable and is very close to an NHRA drag strip in St. Thomas. I am also attempting to organize as many Bricklins as we can to go to St. John New Brunswick for the 40th anniversary in 2014. I understand that the club would not support a meet there and I understand why! However, I hope that the club would encourage and support those that wish to attend as well as sanction the event once details are arranged and finalized.

Although I am a short time member of this club I wish to be an active member and help in any way I can.

Andrew, will you be coming to London? I would love to have you present your film at the Meey on either the Thursday or Friday night!

I have finished in Virginia at Terry 's place and heading to George Rahmon's in Florida as well as Vic Scully 's. I will head over to Lauderdale by the Sea to see if I can hook up with Malcom before he leaves for Kitchener. The real kicker is my home is in Stratford 45 minutes from Kitchener.if anyone sees Malcom and Jonathon in Kitchener please let them know I am looking for them and give them my email greentrash@me.com

I will be off to Scottsdale after Florida, then Colorado, Columbus and Detroit. Let Malcom know I can deviate a bit and head back to the NorthEast if I have to. Terry says Malcom might have moved to Conneticet.

Thank you to everyone helping.

Andrew; to the best of my knowledge, Malcolm will be in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada next Saturday (Oct 20) for the opening of his Son's Documentary (The Entrepreneur) and if you haven't yet connected with him; that might be an op for you to do so...

I now have the the copy of the original Bricklin Story movie, this version is clean, clear and adequate for incorporating what I will be doing. Many different pics that have long been buried. A series of five photos in full living colour of the day that the repo man hit the NB museum and took their Bricklin on loan from Bricklin of Canada. Many pics are on a disc that is in transit sent to my house so I can't upload them on the road. Info about Malcom will not be released until I feel confident that I have exhausted all sources and hopefully have a chat with him. I can honestly say that Malcom is a lot of things, has a lot of ghosts but when it came to the Bricklin he did have a dream. If anyone has the ochre car video in a better version than the one on Youtube, I would really appreciate it if you can give me a copy. Today will be the last day at Terry Tanner's, he and his crew have been absolutely amazing and far as Terry is concerned, he is one of most brilliant men I have met in my life.

Hi everyone
I have concluded my NB leg of the Bricklin research trip and I want you all to know that each and everyone went above and beyond. I now have the cleanest and uncompressed digital conversion of The Bricklin Story. Oodles of never seen before archive stuff and a series of photos of the Repo in action. My next stop is NYC to get one of the kingpins in Bricklin to finally to speak up. After that I head to Philadelphia for some background stuff on Malcom. After that off to see Terry Tanner in Virginia to exchange archive materials. Then scooting off to interview George Rahmon, he has never spoken about Bricklin. Then I head to Scottsdae to get the nitty gritty of setting up a car company in Arizona. The Bricklin Caper is taking flight.

I am from Summerside PEI and can attest to the friendliness of Maritimers. Anyone who has not visited the Maritimes is doing themselves a disservice. Fun, Friends and Bricklins! We need someone to step up and co-ordinate 2014 New Brunswick. I will be there. I will help. I know several others that are committed as well. Let's do this people!

Mike, I just want to echo what you said about the East Coast down home hospitality. Although I am a West Coaster transplanted to Central Canada, I have been in the 4 Maritime Provinces probably 50 times in the last 20 years and it is always amazing of that "East Coast hospitality"...good on ya and over on the Rock, "Lord Tundering Jesus that's crazier than a bag of hammers!" (sorry US friends).

Also to my American friends, I have been in 40 of your States and what a North America we have. So much to experience.
