Please not below: They are looking for a Bricklin at the AACA show in Tennesse and they want to do an article on the Bricklin! Any takers??? email BOB

From: Watkinsfollyj@aol.com

Greetings, Jim
My name is Bob Watkins and I'm Vice-President of the Mid-South Region, AACA (Memphis, TN). Part of my job is arranging programs for our membership (approx. 130) throughout the year. I'm considering doing a brief history of Bricklin sometime in the late winter or spring and was wondering if you knew of any Bricklin owners in this area who would be willing to help out, or even just show up with a car.
I knew of at least three Bricklins in Memphis back when they were new, but it's been many years since I've seen them.
Anyway, thanks for your time. Bob

Here is the response that I receive from Bob.

Thank you for your interest. Perhaps I did not make myself clear in my initial contact--there is no AACA show. I merely wanted to do a feature program on Bricklin at one of our monthly meetings, and was just wondering if there was a car in the area that I could use as sort of a visual aid. (It seems that part of my job as Vice-President here includes arranging 11 hopefully interesting programs for the year). Again, I do appreciate your interest and response. Bob

I have emailed him for more information and timing. It is about a 4 hour drive from my home.
